Prayer (Salat) is the second pillar of Islam. It is performed five times a day, at times determined by the position of the sun. The schedule changes daily and with the seasons. Below are the current times for La Pocatière and the surrounding area.

Friday prayer (Jumu’ah)
Friday prayer is an obligation for adult Muslim men. It replaces the Dhuhr prayer and is preceded by a sermon (khutbah). It is held every Friday at the CCIP.
Ramadan schedule
